Design Ignites Change is a program inspiring designers to change the world. The program started a mentoring initiative called Create! Don’t Hate, where high school students design billboards promoting tolerance. The initiative causes students to think critically about tolerance while designing a billboard. Create! Don’t Hate is taught over six weeks and requires extensive mentoring on behalf of the teachers and mentors that participate in the project.
